GONCHES Shipping Policy

1. SHIPPING COVERAGE

GONCHES currently ships to all major cities across Pakistan, including but not limited to:

  • Islamabad
  • Rawalpindi
  • Lahore
  • Faisalabad
  • Multan
  • Peshawar
  • Quetta
  • Karachi
  • Hyderabad
  • Gilgit-Baltistan (Selected areas)

For shipping to remote areas or outside major cities, please contact our customer service team at Gonches.store@gmail.com for availability and shipping costs.


2. SHIPPING METHODS

Standard Delivery

  • Delivery Time: 3-5 business days (within major cities)
  • Shipping Cost: FREE for orders above PKR 5,000
  • Shipping Cost: PKR 250 for orders below PKR 5,000
  • Carrier: Trusted local courier partners
  • Tracking: Order tracking number provided via SMS and email

Express Delivery (Coming Soon)

  • Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
  • Shipping Cost: PKR 280 (additional charge)
  • Note: Currently in beta. Contact us for availability.

3. PROCESSING TIME

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation
  • Processing occurs on business days (Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM PKR)
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships

5. DELIVERY TIMELINE

Standard Timeline (After Dispatch)

  • Islamabad/Rawalpindi: 2-3 business days
  • Lahore/Faisalabad: 2-4 business days
  • Multan/Peshawar: 3-5 business days
  • Karachi/Hyderabad: 4-5 business days
  • Gilgit-Baltistan: 5-7 business days (where available)

Factors Affecting Delivery

  • Weather conditions (especially during winter in GB)
  • Natural disasters or emergencies
  • Courier partner delays
  • Remote location accessibility

GONCHES is not responsible for delays beyond our control, including courier company issues or unforeseen circumstances.


6. ORDER TRACKING

How to Track Your Order

  1. Check your email for the shipping confirmation with tracking number
  2. Visit our website and enter your order number in the tracking portal
  3. SMS updates will be sent to your registered mobile number
  4. Contact customer service at Gonches.store@gmail.com for manual tracking

Tracking Information Includes

  • Current order status
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Courier contact details
  • Real-time location updates (where available)

7. DELIVERY ADDRESS REQUIREMENTS

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide:

  • Full name of recipient
  • Complete street address
  • City and postal code
  • Landmark (if available)
  • Contact phone number (+92 format preferred)
  • Alternative phone number (optional but recommended)

Important: GONCHES is not responsible for delivery failures due to incomplete or incorrect address information.


8. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

COD Availability

  • Available in all major cities
  • Available in selected remote areas
  • Verify COD availability during checkout

COD Process

  1. Place order and select Cash on Delivery payment method
  2. Order is confirmed and shipped
  3. Courier collects payment at delivery
  4. Receipt provided at time of delivery

COD Charges

  • COD service fee: PKR 100 (included in total)
  • Payment must be made in exact amount or closest denominations

9. SHIPPING TO REMOTE AREAS & GILGIT-BALTISTAN

GB Shipping

GONCHES is proud to ship to our home region, Gilgit-Baltistan. However, please note:

  • Shipping takes 5-7 business days (weather dependent)
  • Winter season may cause delays
  • Shipping cost may vary based on exact location
  • Limited courier partner availability in some areas
  • Remote locations may require additional handling fees

Remote Area Shipping

For areas outside major city limits:

  2. Provide exact location details
  3. We'll confirm availability and shipping cost
  4. Order will be processed upon confirmation

10. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, GONCHES ships only within Pakistan. International shipping is coming soon.

11. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If Your Package is Lost

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of expected delivery with tracking number
  2. We will file a claim with the courier
  3. Investigation takes 5-7 business days
  4. Upon confirmation of loss, we will either:
    • Reship your order
    • Process a full refund

If Your Package is Damaged

  1. Accept the delivery and document damage with photos
  2. Contact us within 24 hours with photos and order number
  3. We will assess the damage and provide resolution:
    • Replacement shipped immediately
    • Full refund processed
    • Partial refund for minor damages

Note: GONCHES is not responsible for damage caused by courier mishandling unless reported within 24 hours.


12. RETURNS & SHIPPING

Return Shipping Instructions

  • Returns are handled within our 7-day return window
  • Return shipping address will be provided with return authorization
  • Return shipping cost: Customer responsibility (unless defective product)
  • We recommend using tracked courier service for returns
  • Include return authorization number with package

Return Shipping for Defective Products

If your item arrives defective:

  • GONCHES covers return shipping cost
  • Contact Gonches.store@gmail.com for return authorization
  • Provide photos of defect
  • Return shipping label will be emailed

13. HOLIDAY & SEASONAL DELAYS

Holiday Schedule

  • Eid Holidays: Shipping may be delayed 1-2 days
  • Winter Season (Nov-Feb): GB shipments may take extra 2-3 days
  • National Holidays: Processing may be delayed
  • Ramadan: Standard delivery times may extend

GONCHES will announce anticipated delays in advance.


14. CUSTOMS & TAXES

For Pakistan Deliveries

  • No additional customs charges
  • Sales tax (if applicable) calculated at checkout
  • All inclusive pricing displayed

15. SHIPPING INSURANCE

GONCHES recommends customers accept courier insurance for valuable shipments:

  • Insurance cost: Approximately 2-3% of order value
  • Optional at checkout
  • Covers loss and damage
  • Contact courier for specific coverage details
